The planning process is the foundation for the control mechanisms. All areas must work collaboratively on a project. If the various areas are not synchronized at regular intervals throughout planning, then any delayed plans in the different areas will cause delays in previously set plans and thus create additional work.
But at which level do you plan? Here Consenso Management & IT Consulting has compiled a list of the essential planning objects and knows the exact time these objects have to be planned by at the latest. If such an object is missing or was not sufficiently planned – this causes more work and a loss of confidence.
