The strategy area helps our clients from all industries align their initiatives with their long-term company goals. We provide support both at the enterprise level and also for the individual business areas. We help our clients develop a successful, future-oriented strategy by sitting down with them and analyzing their strengths and weaknesses.
Nonetheless, even the best strategy is of no use if the organization is unable to implement it and fully develop it over time. In working with clients, we make sure that the company's culture and structure are consistent with the strategic goals and help them realign them as required.
Setting the right goals
With our help, operational business strategies can be derived for company departments, functions, and processes based on company strategy. Ambitious, realistic, and concrete goals are formulated by drawing on our implementation experience and on that of our clients.
Pulling the right levers
With our Business Design method, optimal processes and organizational structures are defined quickly. With Business Design, care is taken to ensure that maximum benefits are realized right from the start. The resulting Change Road Map is based on securing Quick Wins in the initial phases through organizational and quick IT solutions. The results are recorded in the Business Case. It will be used in guiding the implementation and business development.
We then methodically derive the IT design thoroughly from the Business Design. The Business Design has priority here. Our IT architecture is a "tailored suit" that provides optimal support for business processes and structures. We prepare the implementation of the architecture in great detail to ensure that the targets in the Change Road Map are achieved.
Ensuring results
We implement business and IT design in close consultation with our clients. We control the rollout of all organizational measures. The goal is to ensure that all employees are qualified and motivated to live with the new processes and to use IT systems.
A focal point of our support in the rollout lies in what we call the "benefit evaluation". We provide evidence to support the benefits that are realized. But that in itself is still not enough. We quantify the potential benefits that accrue over time and constantly attempt to top goals in both qualitative and quantitative terms.
