Our name Consenso stands for Confidence Services and Solutions and shows our competence development from solution development for business processes towards a holistic understanding of scenario implementations.

Consenso supports her clients in complex change management endeavors in order to counter increased market challenges with tailored business designs. Management consulting starts with business strategy up to the implementation of process optimization activities which clients of Consenso expect as the first major pillar of change.

Besides offices in Bielefeld and Munich (both in Germany), Consenso has established its presence in Asia Pacific with a regional office in Singapore.
